Hello....does anyone happen to know if Edinburgh Council have any restrictions on tree height in gardens? Neighbours have a very tall silver birch tree in their front garden which is taller than our houses. We are at the top of a hill in a very exposed area which can be very windy and am terrified it is going to come crashing into our house one of these windy days. Anyone had any dealings with the council on such matters?
