Areas in Redditch - please help! :)

Hi,

My family (husband, 3 year old, 1 year old and me) are moving to Redditch soon due to work, but have no idea about areas.
Could anyone please recommend which areas are best? And especially which areas to avoid? I've got the impression that Headless Cross is a good area, but are there any others you'd recommend? How about Ipsley? There's a lovely looking house there, but it seems very close to the town centre?

Webheath is very nice, I have friends there. I'm not sure on other areas I'm afraid!

Does it have to be Redditch? Smaller villages like Alvechurch, Feckenham also worth looking at. Webheath and Astwood Bank nice.

Hi, thanks for the replies :) I'll look at Webheath.
I have looked at the outlying villages online and they look lovely - the price tag isn't so lovely unfortunately... Sadly we are on a up to 150k budget, and the villages don't seem to fall into that category.

"Church Hill North" is very nice,peaceful etc.....good luck in your search :-)
