Aberfeldy

Hi everyone,

I am heading to Aberfeldy with my mum and seven month old DD for a week. Really looking forward to the break but not the getting there. I have a Nissan Micra and the boot is completely full once the buggy is in! Could any locals help with my questions:

Can I assume that the local Coop will stock all things baby that I need (bulky item being Pampers size 3 nappies)?

Is there a laundrette (the cottage has no washing machine increasing the amount of clothes I'll need to pack)?

Are there any Bookbug sessions nearby or other groups meeting week beginning 8 July?

And really just throwing this out in case anyone can help - would anyone have any baby equipment they are not currently using that I could borrow/rent? Main things being a travel cot and a high chair. A baby bath would be really useful since the cottage only has a shower. As would an audio baby monitor (the bedrooms are downstairs so not sure how easy it will be to hear LO). And since I imagine that we won't be chasing around outside all the time (my mum is 80) something like a tummy time play mat or activity station or bumbo or bouncy chair to give LO some variety of play things. I appreciate that lending things to a complete stranger is maybe weird and I'd be happy to give you all my contact details in Edinburgh and leave a deposit for anything. I could probably have found a more baby friendly cottage but a friend is giving us this for free so hey, not to be sniffed at. We arrive Sunday 7 July so could collect then or as convenient.

Many thanks.
