I am returning to work after a two year break in June. So looking for a housekeeper to help out with work at home, cooking, dropping and picking my 3-year old from daycare and looking after her until we return from home. I am new to this and would appreciate some advise as to how to go about it. What is the best way to start looking? What is the expected salary? Is it paid gross or net? Also, can I have an arrangement where the housekeeper stays back late on one day of the week, so that I can get some couple time with my husband? And do housekeepers usually get their own cars?
