My husband and I have been trying to move to Chorleywood for over two years now and, although we are in an attractive position for sellers, we have had two house purchases falling through at the stage of exchanging of contracts and saw many of our offers rejected, however flexible and accommodating we were, with exchange and completion dates for instance. As it seems that houses are being sold without even making it to the estate agents' websites, we would be grateful for any tips you could give us, as we are seriously starting to lose hope... We really wanted to start a family in our Chorleywood home and it doesn't look like anyone living in Chorleywood actually wants to move!
