Hi everyone, my husband and I separated last September though currently live in the same house (separate rooms) we have 2 young children 3 and 6 years so have tried to keep things normal and amicable. Unfortunately there is no way back for us especially after some information I have learnt recently! Can anyone give me any advice on what I can do about separating properly and what I might be eligible for or have rights to? We have a mortgage on our house and I only work part time on a low salary so I am pretty scared about the prospect of my future. I am trying to get hold of CAB but they never seem to pick their phone up at the moment and am very restricted on when I can go as I have my children with me or I am working. Any advise will be greatly appreciated

Hi Blandy, sorry to hear you are going through such a tough time. I recommend you contact Rhiannon Ford, she used to be a family law solicitor but now works with people who are going through divorce. I have no personal experience of using her but I gather she is a fantastic support and can certainly explain your rights etc. rhiannonford.co.uk/
