We are looking for Care Assistants and Support Workers to build on our team of experienced professional staff, providing personal and domestic care to vulnerable adults within their own homes, as well as mental health related support to vulnerable adults in the community. Focusing on providing independence, maintaining dignity and ensuring Service Users enjoy an inclusive life within the community. You must be a warm, caring and trustworthy individual who is committed to the welfare of others.
You will provide support on an emotional and practical level with personal care needs, household tasks, medication, diet and nutrition, healthy living and engagement within the local community.
Experience is not needed as full training and support is provided. A full driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential as traveling between homes is a key component of the role.
