Make A Pair of Felt Baby Shoes with London Craft Club this Wednesday at the Arthouse in Crouch End!

"This two and a half hour session is part of our Make for Baby series. We'll bring everything you need, including a selection of different coloured felts to choose from and pretty packaging to take your creations home in. First we'll introduce you to the shoe pattern and teach you how to cut it out. Then you'll learn how to construct the shoe and master the different stitches needed. Lastly, fasten on the popper and your tiny shoes are ready to go. At the end of the workshop you'll have finished a pair of shoes, and we'll have kits to buy if you'd like to make more.
In this class we use synthetic felt to help you master the techniques, and by the time you're finished you'll be confident to use real wool felt. We'll also give you advise on buying and felt types."
