Hi, I am moving to Oxford with my husband and 2 girls this summer and trying two work out whereabouts to live. I lived in East Oxford 20 years ago and also remember North Oxford quite well but I really don't remember much about the South and West. I was wondering about New Hinksey or Osney Island: they look nice and central and more affordable than North Oxford but I don't at all know whether they are nice places to live with young kids? Also, does anyone know about the New Hinksey C of E primary school or the West Oxford Community Primary school?
