Feeling stressed or anxious in your pregnancy? Busy, tired, struggling to find "me-time"? Wanting to feel better connected with your unborn baby and experience greater wellbeing, emotionally and physically?
We would love you to take part in our Relaxation in Pregnancy project. Participating in our scientific study will help you to find some quality time during your pregnancy on a daily basis, while also contributing to important research.
