Bush Hill Park

Hello,

I currently live in Winchmore Hill but we have seen a house in Bush Hill Park that we like. We don't really know that area. Can anyone advise? I have a 2 yr old and pregnant with 2nd. So would like family friendly. The house is near Raglan school.
Feels much quieter than WH with less amenities but that has pros too. Just would like to hear from like minded people around there.
