Hitherfield Nursery - Starting Sept 15

Hi,

Any of you are starting Hitherfield nursery this year? It would be good to catch up! (and let the little ones to meet up!)

Our daughter is at the nursery now. It's wonderful!

Cool! We will join @ September. (ofc if we could find holiday club/childminder to cover half terms etc..)!

Also, the letter from the nursery states that she will be going couple of days a week until she is fully settled. I hope it won't be long - it took her 2 months at the current nursery to realise that crying on the drop off won't change anything! :)

Don't worry - the staff at the nursery are really open to parents' concerns and I expect will be happy to come to some arrangement re: how long they need settling for - my daughter was fine from day 1 so they said if I was happy too then she could go for a full day the following day. Equally I have a friend who wanted to take a bit longer with the shorter settling hours and they were fine with that too.
