Can anyone recommend a good Conveyancer please?

Is that because they're all rubbish? Lol!

We used Kim Thomas at Ormerods on the High Street a few years ago. We found her to be good.

Only just seen that you replied and had considered working with Ormerods. Our seller used Manchesters in Sanderstead and they also seemed very helpful. Our seller changed her mind about which house to buy and was generally indecisive but we found that Manchesters kept things moving.

I found Kim Thomas, who is working at Streeter Marshall, and have appointed her now, but thanks for your help. Still waiting for the vendors to find somewhere themselves. I do hope this all doesn't take too long!
