Hi there, Please advise Urgently. I am a Mum of 3 yr old DS and are looking for properties near Wokingham area. As we are new to Reading although we did some research for the area around but haven't got full insight on how hot property market is. It seems there are lots of properties in areas but don't know which areas are better in terms of transport, local amenities, schools etc.Apart from this ,our main concern is our DS will start his school next year Sept, when is the best time to buy the property so that he will definteley get into a decent school.Last but not the least -> is Wokingham a good place to bring the children up. How is the rent market in area for a 3 bedroom house. Please help someone !!!!!
