We hired a nanny who started this week but she left us in the lurch two days into the job 
so we're in desperate need of some childcare.
We'd consider a nanny share or nanny with own child (although slightly put off the latter due to our experience this week).
For a sole charge nanny we could pay up to £10ph gross so we'd consider someone with childcare experience (eg in a nursery) looking for their first nanny job.
