I'm looking for some opinions on living in Dorking please. I currently live in Reigate but we are looking to move to a bigger house in the next 12 months or so. We were attracted to Reigate because of the High Street, Priory Park and good primary schools. My lo is currently in Reception so we can still be flexible about moving. House prices seem to be a lot more reasonable in Dorking than in Reigate and was just wondering if there was any particular reason for this, as on balance Dorking has great facilities. Is there something I'm missing or is it just that Reigate is a bit inflated?
