Although obviously a child care provider can't be given an "outstanding" rating until registered with OFSTED and inspected by them, and it shouldn't claim to be outstanding until this has happened.

Presumably you are trying to drum up support due to over 50 objections having already been made on the councils website? It's a ridiculous location with the congestion already caused by Micklefield school and has hardly any additional parking. I am actually surprised that anyone would consider such an application as it will endanger their customers children with the dangerous and haphazard parking.
Thanks for pointing out the application though, as a Reigate resident I will add my objection now.
