It seems my last post on this topic, didn't post correctly Confused..

As I was saying... My DH and I are new to the area, and would love to meet some other Irish out there... Or non Irish.. Or other Mum's of very active and hyper 2 yo little boys, or a similar age.

As I work full time (hoping to drop down to 4 days soon) it's difficult to attend toddler groups etc.. so we find it hard to meet new people.

If there are any others out there in a similar boat, would love to arrange a coffee.. or playdate..

There is an Irish social club in London Colney you could try. We have been there are lot and they are a friendly bunch, they do loads for children at Christmas and have a great NYE party with a child friendly area, fireworks etc. It's not hugely busy but it might be a good place to start. The lady who runs it might be able to point you in the right direction for other activities. It's off the duel carriageway just past the Colney roundabout, on the other side from Ayletts.
