Moving to Redhill/Merstham - Watercolour - any advice

Hi Mums,

My husband and I have recently put an offer in for a property in the watercolour development. Does anyone have any idea about the area (overall vibe, ethnicity, culture, amenities etc.)? I should also add we have a 3 month old who will be needing to go to nursery when she is 10/12 months.

Hi. I don't know much about the site, I've visited once and it looks clean and tidy like a new build place should look like! I have heard there is a new nursery on the estate called Kiddy Cabu, which opened last month. We are moving into the area shortly and will look around it for my 2.5 yr old. Good luck.
