Buckingham Road - affected by sewage works?

We are thinking of moving to Buckingham road in kingston but are concerned about the reports of smells from the hogsmill sewage works. Is it a problem in that area?

I can see lots of news reports about the smell being a problem in 2011/12 but not much on this recently.
