I've just updated my listing with regard to our Pregnancy Relaxation Hour sessions. They're now every Monday evening at the Birth Centre in Ashurst. You don't have to be planning to give birth there in order to attend so if you're pregnant - any stage - do feel free to turn up! Every Monday, 7.15pm for an hour, £7.
