looking to move to northampton

Hello, I'm looking for information about areas in Northampton. I am looking to move in the next few months and know very little about the town. I need to know what areas in Northampton are easily accessible from the M1 as I am still going to work in Bedford. My partner and I have 2 3 year old girls so ideally want to be close to playparks and other things for children. Any help would be much appreciated.

You need to also look near access to the Bedford Road, not necessarily the m1.

I would highly recommend Abington as good place to look. Big park, good primaries & play schools and good transport links. Lots of families. Are you going to rent or buy?
