Dear pregnant ladies of Cambridge, I am desperate to join a Pilates group before my sciatica starts annoying me again, which I know it will, but at the moment there is only ONE group class available in the whole of Cambridge, and it's on Friday morning at 11:30am - when most people, me at least, will be working. I can't wait until I go on maternity leave, I'd probably focus more on yoga those last few weeks (plus I'll be a beached whale), but right now I need to strengthen my back and core.
There's plenty of antenatal yoga classes available, but they are more focused on relaxation and positions for labour and birth. What I need is to work on my core before my core disappears under a giant and very heavy belly.
Does anyone know of any class starting soon, or is anyone a Pilates teacher willing to do an evening or weekend class?
I cannot afford a weekly one-to-one.
