Secondary School

Hi there - I am moving into the area in the next few weeks and have to apply for an 'in year' place at a Bromley Secondary School.

From where we live the choices are Ravens Wood Boys, Hayes, Charles Darwin - but feasibly could also end up at Ravensbourne or Bishop Justus.

I've had a look at the league tables etc, but wondered what the actual feedback was on these schools from people in the area.

I am not near any of these schools except perhaps Bishop Justus a few miles away so can't be much help. I will be applying for secondary schools this year for entry in 2016. Our neighbour moved to the area and had to get some in year places, albeit at a primary school. They didn't get their first choice which is a school three minutes walk away, she got one several miles away and her children went there for two terms but she never gave up her place on the waiting list and did eventually get the local school. I mention that just in case it is of help. Good luck.
