My husband has a new job in Bristol but he is a contractor so would also like to be able to commute to London in the future.
We've found a house we love not far from Kemble station in the Cotswolds but I'm getting cold feet about moving because I'm really worried about feeling lonely and having nothing to do in the week whilst he is at work.
I have two daughters aged 3 & 22 months. To start with I'd just like to know if there are toddler groups to go to and other Mums in the area that I can meet with for a coffee and a chat! BrewCake
Is there anyone on here in the Malmesbury / Cirencester / Tetbury area who could offer me any reassurance? Thanks

Hello salford Smile

North Wilts (especially the villages) is not not my area of expertise. I have been through Crudwell a few times and it is very pretty!

I have found a couple of groups that you might be interested in. I tried to contact the people who run them, but not heard anything back yet, so might be useful to try them again yourself and if I hear anything, I'll update.

Crudwell Toddler Group

Crudwell Playgroup

You will be within easy reach of Westonbirt Arboretum which is a lovely place to visit. Great playground and trails through the woods.

You might find that you have to visit Malmesbury, Cirensester and Chippenham for things like shopping, swimming lessons and libraries. I will see what else I can find out for you!

Hopefully there is a MNetter out that way, who can give you the local knowledge you need.
