Hi girls! I am moving to Nottingham with my family of four: me, husband, 7 yo son and 1 yo daughter. Husband is starting to run his own business in Nottinghamshire. We move to UK for the first time, so all of procedures with renting, enrolling to the school, everything else is new for us. Is it really so complicated to rent a property in UK? Everybody is frightened us, that there are so many things landlord ask from newcomers before sign a contract. Where is better to look for the property? Maybe it's better to look for a single landlord, not an agency (it would be easier to rent)? I appreciate all the help!
