Any recommendations on a good Au Pair /Childcare Agency

Hi I am just after some recommendations on a good AuPair and childcare agency. I am a Wiltshire Mum who is soon to go back to work and I need to find a childcare for my 10 year old who is poory and unable to attend school full time. Would rather follow a recommendation then blindly search the internet. Thank you.
