Hi! Just looking some advice had my booking in appointment at 8 weeks and I have my 12 week scan on Friday when I'll be 12+5 :) but I wasn't given any pregnancy notes! Just wondering if that's the norm here? Everywere else seems to have got theirs to take the the appt themselves :o
