Chesham Prep or the Beacon

Can anybody give me their experiences of either school please as looking to send our son to one of them? Also about the mix of parents and social evenings too.

Just about to start my ds at Chesham. Parents I've met so far seem friendly and helpful. I've heard really good reports about the social scene, which I'm hoping are true as we've moved here quite recently and need some friends!! have you made a decision (appreciate you posted several months ago!)
