My name is Sarah Ross and I am one of the Trustees of Hyde Heath Pre-School, the reason for this email is because we need help from the local community.
Last week our Chairman, Secretary and two other trustees resigned. The Pre-School is a charity, run by the committee and we have to have five members on the committee to run otherwise the Pre-School will have to close. Obviously the closure of Hyde Heath Pre-School will have a detrimental effect on the community. At the moment as it stands we have three people (with little experience of committees) including myself in the village running the charity. We are being helped by Ofsted and County Council but there is a time limit on how long we can run like this.
Hyde Heath Pre-School is searching for a Chairman, Secretary and Trustees. We will be having an EGM meeting on the 11th February at 8pm at the Infant School.
