Hi. My little one hates karate but needs to learn self defence. I looked around and found Krav Maga which is practical and is easy tolearn. So I started a local kids Krav maga in Halifax. I have space for anyone interested. No commitment but you do have to pay in advance. Its 15 PDS per adult, children are free. Its a 1 and a half hour mummy and me style class. Next one is Feb 15th at the heath church free school lane Halifax. It will cover kidnapping and assault. Without scaring your child it teaches children how to escape an abduction scenario and how to avoid being assaulted. Ages 4 to 16.
