How do I get crayon off a whiteboard and blackboard surface??

WD40 on the blackboard worked for me, not sure about whiteboard though

Ah, a friend has given me some leftover blackboard paint, so I might just paint over the crayon! It's a lovely pink colour, so children will be happy!
