Birkbeck Place

Hi Everyone wave
I viewed a nice property on Birkbeck place SE21 but wondered if anyone could provide more information on the surrounding area? Is West Dulwich a good choice? The location is close to Tulse Hill station and West Dulwich station and first impressions are that the area is lovely and quiet?
Is there anything untoward I should be aware of? It's not a part of London I'm familiar with.

Hi I live closeby and I have lived here 22 years, it is a good area, with good transport links , its not so good for state secondary schools, but many people go private.
