I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good and cost-effective builder for a small-ish job?
I'm just in the process of buying a house in SW16 and the surveyor's report has thrown up a couple of issues - including the need to install some steel joists in the property for structural support following the removal of a chimney breast. Any recommendations for an appropriate builder would be gratefully received.
