Someone has left a buggie on The Promenade in Cheltenham (near the Christmas tree). Looks like someone had loaded their child into their car and then forgot to pack up the buggie!
I've taken it to Cheltenham Borough Council Offices and its in their lost property!
Just posting this in the hope the owner is a member!!
