Local knowledge for Burgess Hill/Wivelsfield

Hi,
DH and our DS are planning to move to Burgess Hill soon from outside the area, we've had an offer accepted on a place near Wivelsfield station and were just looking for some local knowledge really - good nurseries or playgroups you know, good takeaways(!); conversely anything less good to keep an eye out for?

The Woolpack pub is a lovely "local" with a great atmosphere.

Chi Foo is the nicest chinese I've found :) Taza for indian, and Papa Johns for pizza!

Burgess Hill Uncovered is a local Facebook group which is really useful for this kind of stuff - very irreverent but a nice community feel.
