Can anyone advise when I would need to start my search to secure a nanny for next year? I'm aware that securing a place in local nurseries needs to be done years in advance and so of this also the case for a nanny? If you are a nanny and looking for a job (Monday-Thursday) my friend and I are going back to work in April and so we need a nanny to look after our babies who will be approx 11 months old. Thanks :)
