Anyone done Practical parenting classes in east Finchley

Hi I am expecting my first baby and my husband and I want to go to some classes locally - I gave seen some BabyNatal classes advertised - anyone done these? and also heard about NCT. The NCT are quite expensive so thought I might try the other one - any advice would be appreciated
