new parent classes

Hello - I am thinking about attending parenting classes as don't have any family around for advice or help with new baby. I have seen BabyNatal classes advertised and heard about NCT - not sure what ones to go for - any advice

Hi sbaby2, I was in the same situation, no family nearby for help and advice. I know plenty of mums that did go to NCT and generally they say good things about their courses. Personally though, I just went to several local baby classes each week and met other new mums. I ended up with all the advice and support I needed. It was later on when my baby turned into a toddler that more serious guidance was needed - so I turned to watching Super Nanny - and have never looked back :)
