Hi we are looking to move to this area - we need to be able to drive to Leatherhead a couple of days a week and we are looking for a remote detached house between the A3 and A24....we want to avoid hamlets where we would pay a school catchment area or commuter premium as they will not apply to us just some where hilly and remote....
