Any mums/mums to be in Watford area?

I am currently 25 weeks pregnant (first baby) due in March and have only been living in Watford for a about 3 months, keen to meet some sociable mummy's to be and new mummy's to have a chat and meet up with.

I am really keen for baby to be socialised with other baby's from a young age and am quite keen to get out and about both now and when they arrive as I am a very sociable 25 year old.

It would be good to hear about any info on groups or any other mums who fancy a meet up at some point soon and maybe who have babies due in March also :)

I have been waiting for replies to my Watford based msgs for a while, either there isn't a lot people from Watford on here, all they are all shy :-) anyway congratulations, and best wishes for the birth. My son is a lot older than your lo will be, but thought I would reply, my best suggestion is to contact your local children centre and find out about your nearest support and baby playgroups to you, hopefully you can meet some people that way. I wish I research this more before my lo came along, but didn't have the time. My son is a lot older now and is nearly 18 months old and is full of energy, enjoy your newborn days while you can and remember get adequate rest before the birth, the nights can be hard :-)

Hello, hope I'm not too late to this. I've just moved to Rickmansowrth (10 mins from Watford) and am expecting my first baby in a couple of weeks. I'd love to get to know some other mums in the area - they cancelled our NCT class in Watford which I was counting on for making some local friends!
