Anyone else as bitter as me that they won't honour the 55 minute deep tissue massage at £19 through Groupon. Neither did they have the courtesy to ring me to tell me so or to refund me 
If Groupon was supposed to bring them new customers they have failed spectacularly with this fiasco.
