What was the Bella Italia watermill before?

Well obviously a water mill - but we were in there having brunch courtesey of Mumsnet earlier and both thought it was a different restaurant before it was Bella Italia and couldn't remember what....

Anyone remember?

Sweeny Todd's I think.

Sweeney Todds pizza restaurant. Can't remember when it became Bella Italia, but I think it must have been more than 15 years ago, if not longer.
