Now I'm planning to move to Surbiton due to work place relocation to London... I found a property to move near smith street since it's near Lime Tree School which looks good for my son.. Is it good place? Checking by mouseprice, social housing rate if quite higher than other place, but maybe it would be okay? Please let me get some advice...

Hello, sorry it's taken a while to come back to you.

Have you also posted this on our Kingston site (which covers Surbiton)?

Hi kenzo. I used to live a street away from smith street and also work in the community in surbiton. It's a great location, it's adjacent to the alpha road estate which is overwhelmingly families. Not dodgy at all. Ten minute walk from surbiton station and shops, plus the local shops, health centre, library, fantastic nursery and lime tree a stones throw away. I would definitely live there again!
