Hi, I'm Canadian living in Norwich (Eaton) and my family is big on Hallowe'en but no one in our neighbourhood seems to be celebrating! Does anyone know somewhere near Eaton where the houses are giving out candy? My kids are so excited to go trick or treating but we need some candy-friendly houses! Help!
