Mother and baby groups eastend

Can anyone recommend any mother and baby groups in the east end? My daughter is 3 months old and I'd like to start getting out and about more with her but I'm a first time mum so don't really know where to look. Baillieston/mount vernon area would be ideal but would be open to other suggestions. Thanks in advance.

My Mum takes my son to the High Carntyne Church baby and toddler group on a Wednesday morning...I think it's on Mondays and Thursdays too. And she also takes him to Parkhead Nazarene group which is on every second Friday morning. I'm not sure of these are too far away for you or not.
