Cambridgeshire Regional Dish

So if you were asked to take the local Cambridgeshire delicacy/dish to a party what would you take?

Well, in the Fens it would be eels. If you are in North Hunts then it would have to be something made of Stilton. Not sure about anywhere else though. I don't suppose Chelsea buns from Fitzbillies count, do they?

Tatties baked potato? Or in fact any sort of potato and this pie.
