Looking for new home in horsham

We are now looking new home in horsham for two months. We have looked new home in Berkeley Highwood and other three new builders development in broadbridge heath. Please give me some suggestion of the builders and the area. Thank you!

What kind of things did you want to know? I don't know anything about builders but lived in Horsham until recently so know a bit about the area. Lovely town.

I just want to know the quality of these new house. And was there any flood at the beginning of this year in horsham

Yes there was flooding in the town. It was only shallow so didn't effect houses I don't think but caused travel disruption around the station and the roads around. Broadbridge Heath is outside the main town and the new building is on somewhat higher ground so don't think it would have been affected.

Thank you very much ! It is really hard for house hunting! By the way, i found lots of people discuss about highwood area is flood area. Do you know anything about that?
