Acoommodation near Glasgow Green

Hi all

Going to a wedding at People's Palace and wondered if anyone knows of a nice hotel to stay nearby. Going for two nights so need not-too-expensive but will be child-free so want somewhere decent!

People's palace is more or less in the city centre - a 15 minute walk or £5 taxi, so any of the city centre hotels will be fine.

There's a premier inn opposite the nautical college just a 10 min walk

Citizen M is a boutique budget hotel. Very nice and fair priced in the city centre.

If you want to be very near people's palace then look at hotels in the merchant city.

If there's a few of you,you might be cheaper renting a flat for the weekend. Then you'd have your own kitchen facilities etc

Gone for Citizen M in the end - not too far from wedding but easier to get to/away for airport, central for town/shopping and looks v nice.
