I'm organising my (Weybridge) school's Christmas shopping evening and want to make if more crafty than in previous years (as in, handmade cards instead of Phoenix.) But I don't know how to find these types of stalls.

Any advice is greatly appreciated on how to find crafty stallholders!

Presumably the families of the pupils would be your first choice, so get a note out with the children as soon as you can. In addition, advertise on StreetLife website and community FaceBook page. Local colleges that offer courses in related subjects might have students who could assist.

Great ideas, thanks.

We do send out to the parents, infortunately a couple of them have really dire stalls but feel I can't say no to them:(

Now to find out what streetlife is....

Good ideas, Optimist. Here is the link you need, OP www.streetlife.com

Our school does a 'market night' where the school sells stall space and that's how the school makes money. Rather than from the goods sold.

There are lots of home made items, just from the school community.
